On March 27th Evgeny Shlyakhto, president of the Russian Society of Cardiology, general director of the Federal Almazov North-West Medical Research Centre, chief cardiologists of the North-West Region of Russia, was awwarded with the Russian Ludvig Nobel prize that is presented for astonishing professional achievemtns and undoubted merits.
